5:45pm - Graduation Ceremony begins 

7:15pm - Estimated end time

7:45pm - Pictures w/ friends & family

8:00pm - Get to car/out of lot


Grad Nite

9:00pm - Check-in begins

9:45pm - Last bus leaves Mt Carmel  

10:00pm - Arrive at Party Pals



4:15am - Get bags from security                                     

4:30am - Load buses at Party Pals                                 

5:00am - Buses leave Party Pals                                      

5:30 to 6:00am - Pick up you child at Mt Carmel                   


What to bring:  Picture ID

What to wear:  Must wear GradNite t-shirt, comfortable clothing & shoes, sweatshirt or jacket for outdoor activities.

Optional:  For taking photos you  may bring a camera (not cell phone) and keep it with you at your own risk.  A professional photographer will be taking pictures throughout the night that you will be able to download.


You do not need to bring anything with you.  Anything you bring will be checked in upon admission.  Cell phones will be turned off and checked in at security.  Access to these items may be obtained with the help of security personnel.  We are not responsible and cannot guarantee the security of these items, so please bring only what is absolutely necessary.
