Your Help Needed Now!
We are in need of your help to ensure the
successful future of the Middle Creek High School PTSA. As many of the
current officers and chairpersons have students that will graduate this
year, or are moving during the summer, we are in need of a President. As you know, if you
are receiving this eBulletin, the PTSA has undergone significant changes to
enable us to give of our time and energies in the most productive manner.
Further, with the advent of eMeetings, we have reduced the need to drive to
school in the evenings for monthly Board meetings. Additionally, there has
been a concentrated effort to streamline each committees' job so that they
are able to accomplish their annual goals within their own group, without
having to continually "borrow" other parents from another committee.
Hopefully, this relieves the, "if I volunteer, they'll be calling be for
everything, all the time!" fear. Please consider volunteering NOW. We need
to hear from you by Thursday, April 3rd, so we can present the slate of
officers at the next General Meeting to be held on April 29th at school
during AP night.
If you have questions, you can reach me at 427-5839
anytime. Thank you for your support of our Middle Creek students.

PTSA General Membership Meeting
Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 7:00pm
MCHS Media Center
At the last PTSA General Membership Meeting, there was a brief introduction of the 2007-2008 Executive Board, and a few PTSA details. The meeting was then turned over to Mr. Brian Pittman who gave an excellent presentation of the new Exit Standards facing the current freshmen, and sophmores and the Graduation Project. It was a very valuable presentation for all who attended. Thanks to everyone who participated and to those who asked the questions that we all wanted the answers to.
